Over 15 years of legal experience in the courts, private practice and the energy industry: court clerk at the Cantonal Court of Zug (2008 to 2011), lawyer and notary in Zug (2011 to 2016), then nine years at CKW (Axpo Group), first as Senior Legal Counsel and Regulatory Manager, from 2022 to 2025 as General Counsel. Partner at Balthasar Legal AG in Lucerne and Zurich since 2025, specialising in energy, technology and AI law.
Relevant Experience
As General Counsel of CKW, led the legal department with six staff, advised the CEO, Executive Board and subsidiaries and was responsible for litigation. Previously led the legal side of the acquisitions of solar and installation companies for the building technology business of CKW and was the legal lead for regulatory management. Until 2025 board member of CKW Gebäudetechnik AG and Elektro Fürst Holding AG.
