Professional Background
Over 20 years in electrical engineering, an entrepreneur since 2015: founder of elmaplan ag, a planning firm for electrical and energy systems, co-founder of NRG Solutions AG in 2023 and fully dedicated to NRG since July 2026. Previously electrical project manager at B+S Elektro Engineering, preceded by apprenticeship, installation and site management at CKW.
Relevant Experience
Management and delivery of industrial and infrastructure projects, including high-bay warehouses (SVZ), production facilities (Steeltec), energy centres for the ewl district heating network and operational and infrastructure buildings for RUAG Emmen. As CEO of NRG, responsible for projects such as the battery storage system of SABAG Luzern AG in Rothenburg (3.45 MW / 5 MWh, in operation since May 2026).
Education & Mandates
Since 2023 lecturer in electrical construction economics at Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts, certified fire protection specialist, initial training as an electrical fitter at CKW. Co-owner and Chairman of the Board of elmaplan ag.
