SABAG AG commissioned the development of an intelligent energy system at the Rothenburg site. The project is carried out in collaboration with WWZ AG and NRG Solutions AG and includes the installation of a megawatt-class battery storage system.
Implementation is phased: The first phase implements SDL marketing for grid stabilization. The second phase includes the integration of photovoltaics and charging infrastructure for e-mobility. The system is designed for self-consumption optimization.
The facility combines energy storage, grid services and renewable energy in an integrated system.
