This privacy policy fulfils the information obligations under the revised Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revFADP) and, where applicable, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
The use of our website is generally possible without providing personal data. Insofar as personal data (such as name, address, or email addresses) is collected on our pages, this is always done on a voluntary basis where possible.

6. Contact Form and Callback Widget
When you send us enquiries via the contact form, your information from the enquiry form, including the contact details you provide there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in case of follow-up questions.
Via our callback widget, you can request a callback. In doing so, your name, email address and phone number are collected.
Your data is stored in a CRM system for the purpose of processing your enquiry. The processing is based on your consent (privacy checkbox) and for the performance of pre-contractual measures.
7. Recipients and Data Sharing
To provide our services, we use trusted service providers. The following categories of recipients may have access to your data:
Fonts
Our website uses locally hosted fonts. No fonts are loaded from external services (e.g. Google Fonts). When visiting our website, no data is transmitted to external font services.
Third-Country Transfers
Some of our service providers are located outside Switzerland and the EEA, particularly in the USA. We ensure an adequate level of data protection, in particular through:

We use Google Analytics 4 for anonymised analysis of website usage. The IP address is truncated (IP anonymisation). Google Analytics is only activated with your explicit consent.

We use Hotjar to analyse user behaviour (heatmaps, click behaviour, scroll depth). Hotjar is only activated with your explicit consent. No personal data is shared with third parties.
